  You can find plenty of screen shots of HyperCard applications (or rather, "stacks", as they were called) by using Google image search. But HyperCard wasn't really a visual programming language. Indeed, it wasn't a language at all (the language is called "HyperTalk"). Anyway, HyperCard did allow you to design user interfaces in a slick visual way. But the code is purely text based.
