I was one of the early customers of Simple. When I received their card in that lovely cardboard with a rubber band on, I was hooked. I really wanted to move to Simple. But did not. I mean I still have an account a few hundred dollars in it, but I have never found a reason to use it. My main account is a combination of Credit Union and Chase. Chase's mobile App does all that I need, and the credit union staff are so fantastic, I have stayed with them for 15 years. In addition Chase comes through for "serious" banking stuff like wire transfers, LoCs etc. All the best. I still have the cardboard they sent me as an example of how something simple can be lovely.
