Oh don't get me wrong: I feel crappy for the kitchen staff too. I actually thought it would be cool to get in to the restaurant biz until I learned about it. I don't know how kitchen staff don't go insane. Or maybe they do. Which is why I am always super nice to the staff at restaurants.
