The coke is diet, and the hot chocolate is only 30 kcals/mug, so I don't drink many kcals, easily less than 200kcals/day. But yes I used to be pretty overweight, but I've lost a hell of a lot in the last year. That's one of the reasons I started drinking so much water, it helps tremendously!
