Reviewing these documents, we see that the 3 defendants were initially indicted for "malicious mischief" on 7-Aug-2012, under 18 U.S. Code § 1363. But a superceding indictment filed on 4-Dec-2012 upgraded the charges to "sabotage" under 18 U.S. Code § 2155.
