- MichaelGG 13y agoFrom reading Gates' annual letter, it doesn't sound like a whole lot would change with that bit of extra money. The things they want to do, like vaccinate multiple continents, take orders of magnitude more money than they have. Not saying it wouldn't be good or nice, but I don't think we'd see a noticeable difference. After all, they could always step up their spending from, what, $4BN a year?
