Ask HN: Do you pay for any weekly newsletters?

I remember there was a time when paid newsletters were in vogue - about 2/3 years ago. At the time there were also a couple of platforms that let you set them up quickly and easily. I was interested in these at the time. But the seasons change - and they have seemed to fallen off my radar. I want to get the communities' opinion and experience quickly. (1) Do you pay for any weekly/monthly newsletters? (2) Have you run any yourself? (3) Have you had any success either way?
