Why would they be? You have a right to privately report something to a police officer.

- hahainternet 13y agoPretty sure it was a statutory offence to start with, there would be no real trial and I think the Police Officer would be the witness in this case. You can't expect to interrogate anyone who complains about you, that just exacerbates the situation.
