Constructive criticism, about how this sounds: it isn't clear that what you propose is actually more valuable than using Docker. It sounds like it's complex and requires a lot of manual intervention. It doesn't sound like your alternative covers Docker's use cases. Your idea may need to be more fleshed out, but at a minimum it needs to be explained in a way that makes it clear why most users of Docker would see a significant benefit to use your approach instead.
