Totally disagree. If the managers and leaders aren't taking care of their employees pro-actively by effective 1-1's and compensation wise, there are plenty of companies who do in this market.
- chrisbennet 13y agoI agree that there are plenty of places that will pay you market when you are hired. I've (almost) never worked at one that was proactive one you were hired. Only once in my career was I called in to my managers office and told I was getting a raise - and that was around 1991. Manager: "We're adjusting your salary." Me: "Um, up or down?" Manager: "Up."
