Building a human rights security app, in San Fran for 8 days, who wants to meet?

Hi there, I will be in San Fran for RightsCon from the 27th Feb to 8th March. I am currently building a free open source Android app for managing the physical security of aid workers, activists and journalists. I am looking for all kinds of people who can help on the opensource code development, security management/encryption implementation and (ideally :) funding part of the open source project.
