How are you able to operate nationwide without money transmission licenses in each state?

  BitPay is not a money transmitter.

    The FinCEN registration of BitPay Services LLC (http://fincen.gov/financial_institutions/msb/msbstateselector.html http://fincen.gov/financial_institutions/msb/msbstateselecto...) and money transmission license number 39829 in the State of Georgia registered to BitPay Services LLC (https://dbfweb.dbf.state.ga.us/WebCCData.html https://dbfweb.dbf.state.ga.us/WebCCData.html) says otherwise. Can you explain?

      We have a Bitcoin ATM in the office, which requires the license.
