An then they came up with the poll tax to keep the poor from voting. I'm sure Tom Perkins would like that again.
- adolph 13y agoThat might be one way to implement it. Another might be to treat a vote as a transferable property right. In that case the large number of votes left un-cast would represent a lot of money left on the table.
