I don't get the "everyone is a critic these days" argument. We are entitled to our own opinions. As long as the opinions are expressed in a non-insulting manner, we have the right to utter them. We don't need a PhD, we don't need somebody's permission, we don't need to be rich, tall, fat, etc. Remain polite but don't refrain from saying what you think!
