Could you provide links to your site and the "dreamweaver" site so we can judge the quality of their work and yours? By the way, are you fully aware of what DreamWeaver entails? we use it on smaller projects all the time, simply as a great code editor with some convenient features (incl. library includes, test servers etc etc). It works well for hand-coding, so use of DW doesn't need to imply anything more than which code editor the other team preferred.
