Human bodies are based on molecules, it doesn't imply that people understand chemistry.
Computer chips are based on transistors, it doesn't imply that computers understand electronics.
Sorry, but your assumption that knowledge is inherited by foundations would imply that everything understands the Universe.

I am not saying we should understand probability but the result of our instincts should be in tune with probabilistic results on the problem. For example: We would not naturally fear airplanes, terror, etc. or.. If human body is made from molecules it does mean that we function as blobs of molecules. If computer chips are based on transistors, the output of computer chips is transistor like.
