and if you're in range to shoot at it.. You're probably in range if its camera... I can see people who try this being charged with all sorts of crimes! I don't think there's any doubt that shooting at someone else's property is a crime.. Even if that property is, potentially, involved in illegal surveillance.. Worse though, what if they confuse a manned aircraft for one of these and succeed in shooting it down?
