I am building Lightningbeam (http://lightningbeam.blogspot.com http://lightningbeam.blogspot.com), which is a vector graphics animation program that aims to be an open-source replacement for Adobe Flash. It can export to both SWF and HTML5 Canvas, and supports ActionScript on both platforms (meaning you can write code once and run it on all platforms).
