I've used NewEgg for about 9 years now, and have built several boxes during that span. I did receive some bad RAM once, but they shipped the replacement the same week, and have been really good about refunds in the past. Mistakes happen, but they've been really good to me when I run into issues. Much easier to return stuff than Amazon, where they often only refund a percentage of the value of the item being returned (plus shipping).
