- pjscott 13y agoDepending on where you live, that may not be enforceable. In California, for example, stuff you make on your own time, without using your employers resources (etc.), belongs to you, and your employer has no say in the matter. (I am not a lawyer and don't have a citation for this, so take it with a grain of salt.)
