Using DBD::CSV along with dbish: http://search.cpan.org/~tlowery/DBI-Shell-11.95/lib/DBI/Shell.pm http://search.cpan.org/~tlowery/DBI-Shell-11.95/lib/DBI/Shel... would give you pretty much the same functionality.
