    Perhaps there's an api you can use to do the heavy lifting like http://dev.maxmind.com/minfraud/ http://dev.maxmind.com/minfraud/ or http://www.subuno.com/developers.html http://www.subuno.com/developers.html

      This is a really hard problem that will not be easily offloaded to someone else.
