I do find that I'm not nearly as productive working from home as I am working elsewhere. There are far too many distractions. If I do work from home, the best way for me to get work done is if I'm sitting at my kitchen table, which is not in view of a television. Even then, I leave my phone in a different room to avoid looking at it. Even at the office I find I get more work done if I accidentally leave my phone in my car. Even if I'm not doing much with it, if it's there I'm tempted to look at it every single time there's a notification.
