- ghswa 13y agoAt first the statement that identifiable data will only be released when there is a legal obligation to do so reassured me. Then I read that section 251 (http://goo.gl/rtuVF8 http://goo.gl/rtuVF8) is one of those obligations - the secretary of health can override common law to allow the data to be used for particular purposes.
