I love dogs, but I also have an allergy :-) I believe that type of stuff is covered under Workplace Safety Regulations. If company allows dogs on premises, allergic reaction would be treated as work related injury. Probably too expensive for most companies. Also I would be careful before putting "Must love dogs" as a job requirement. Unless you run pet saloon its in the same category as "Must love girls" requirement.
