Can't fundamentalists just be crazy without having to discredit anyone else?
- mschuster91 13y agoApparently not. Same for the Tea Party fools who discredit the whole US and make the world think that the entire US is ruled by a band of ridiculous backwards-oriented religious extremists.
- vezzy-fnord 13y agoExcept they're not really "fundamentalists" (in the sense of being fringes), but actually quite deeply ingrained into academics. There's different schools of feminism and they're all valid within the context of feminism, because feminism is not a clear and cohesive ideology. Nonetheless, most feminist journalism and "activism" in the West today overlaps with postmodern social ideas and radicalism.
