At rent increases like the city is seeing, I don't see how the primary customers of those establishments can remain in the city.
- raldi 13y agoAnd yet they do, year after year. Try getting a parking space anywhere near 5th and Clement on a Saturday night if you don't believe me. The neighborhood is packed with people going out to eat at cheap ethnic restaurants.
