Why is the "man" page somehow better?
- Jtsummers 13y agoIt's at least short for manual.
- Fomite 13y agoBecause a shortening of "Manual" is not gendered. "Bro" is.
- hackinthebochs 13y agoThis isn't an answer. It's still a reminder of genderedness just as much as bro is. The word "niggardly" is offensive to some because of its similarity to the n-word. That doesn't make its offense less real.

- hobbit125 13y agoBecause of context. I know that's lost on a lot of people here, but it's pretty important when considering things like this.
