One thing that I didn't fully appreciate till I had kids was some of the hobbies I did before weren't really that important to me. There's a difference between the things you do because you truly want to and those that are just filling time or you're doing them because you feel like you have to. Once you identify and remove the time-wasters, it gets easier to make time for other stuff, and I still get away with spending time with friends and some tv here and there.
