Ask HN: Can the person who received thousands of emails from Google sue them?
I wonder if that person who received thousands of emails on his hotmail account can sue google for spamming him?

- danrockwelljr 13y agoNo. Because Google didn't spam him. His publicly posted email address was listed in error in the a site link of the search result of gmail.
