I think they've just filed for "saga" I don't think they've been granted it. As far as I know filing for it can block other trademark applications, but it doesn't stop others from using the word in their games. But I'm not a lawyer. The "candy" trademark is pretty insane though. I expect it will be challenged. Disney must surely have the Candy King in their Wreck It Ralph games.
