Is there any reason why would one Start Every Word In Sentence With Capital Letter? I find it hard to read. Sorry for offtopic.

  Title Case is still very common in the USA (see http://www.nytimes.com/ http://www.nytimes.com/ for an example, their house style is to use it for all of their headlines). You hardly ever see it in the UK these days.
