- bsg75 13y agoI use the Evernote Clearly extension in Chrome for this sort of "design". There may be better options.
- kibwen 13y agoI'll second this, though I use the Firefox version: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clearly/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clearly/ Indispensable for coercing over-exuberant webpages into readability.
- evmar 13y ago(I feel bad always spamming my Chrome extension, but it's made my life so much better I feel compelled to share) This Chrome extension adds a right-click menu item "make readable" that fixes the font on pages like this. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/text-fix/ofafkoecdjghmmjibcbelabbllfoeidb https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/text-fix/ofafkoecd...
- Pxtl 13y agoOn the plus side, its static nature meant that for me the page is fully readable while it is crushed under the weight of Hacker News' hug-of-death. It took over a minute to load that PNG on the side, and I think it will be trying to send me that font for quite some time. I forgot how snappy the internet is when you keep it simple.
