I think I'll start applying for trademark on all the dictionary words now. It seems to be the next domain name rush. On a more serious note WTF? I seriously see app store collapsing if they let this kind of thing slide. Either that or all the apps will have weird name so the don't infringe on anybody. I feel sorry for the developers that need to come up with a name for their apps.
