- talmand 13y agoOddly enough, there's already an app called "Candy Land" that has nothing to do with the board game.
- brazzy 13y agoTrademarks apply only to a specific class of goods or services. Unless Crush has a trademark on "Games and playthings; gymnastic and sporting articles not included in other classes; decorations for Christmas trees.", there can be no infringement.
