It seems the author has never met and talk (let alone be or lived among) poor people.
- yummyfajitas 13y agoWhen I live in the US, I live primarily in poorer neighborhoods. It's cheaper and I'm not particularly worried about getting jacked - I'm 6'5", somewhat muscular, and don't look like I'm carrying more than $12.
