- yetanotherphd 13y agoEven though that is a Master's thesis, the writing is sophomoric. I was especially offended by the misuse of "externality" in the first page: "Lower income people should not bear the brunt of the negative externalities of economic development" (she is referring to housing prices, which are not an exernality).
