Also, do you have any proof that your work was written prior to theirs? WHOIS shows both domains registered within 6 days (which is curious in its own right), but theirs was first (though that doesn't necessarily mean anything in the first place). IANAL, but I believe the burden of proof is on you to show that your work was created prior to theirs.
