What really amazed me, was that CEO of our 10 Million a year income company was getting a salary of 0 dollars. He grew the thing form 0 dollars a year income to it's currently earning power too. They repaid him from firing him from the job, although he is still on the board. When I had coffee with him he seemed completely ok with it though... what a champ.
