I'll just comment on an experience that someone had while interviewing at oracle. A friend, recently graduated from my school, was flown to their headquarters for a final round of interviews. She asked "What does your company look for in a candidate?" She got the one word response, "Testosterone." She did not get the job. Coincidentally my friend is Indian.
