Apparently domestic pot growers don't murder and rape enough to warrant service.
- dublinben 13y agoMore seriously, they don't have the kind of capital that warrants that level of service. Unsavory characters with billions of dollars are almost always able to find willing banking partners. The same isn't true of those with thousands of dollars.
