No, it adds up. There are a lot more available workers than positions in SV.
The problem is finding good people. Good people that are a fit both technically and socially. Superstars get hired. That's it-- everybody wants a superstar.
- nhangen 13y agoIf I'm a superstar, I don't need Google or Facebook or Amazon because I can start my own thing and/or join an up and coming startup and get a solid equity stake. That's the crux, and why the 'talent crunch' won't go away. It is self-imposed.
