For me its because I want my lunch to be as short as possible. I want to jam my food down my throat and finish what I'm doing. If I am going to relax it won't be at the office. I have much more fun things to do at home. For me work happens at work, and play happens at home. I keep as strict of a line between the two as I can. That's just how my mind is set up though and I get why others like to relax and unwind throughout out the day.
