I'm a teacher. We have open plan offices. When I need quiet (marking complex pieces of work or thinking up new ideas) I go to the quiet study area in the College library. Wifi (good speed) and staff to enforce the no talking rule. So how about a library? Corporate space with study carrels and dead tree of a vaguely useful nature (books in mass on shelves absorb a lot of sound).
