- altcognito 13y agoThe star: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T_Pyxidis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T_Pyxidis is much further away than stated, and the effect on Earth is thought to be less than a "global irradiation causing mass extinctions."
