What if there is a vote next month to reduce the NSA's funding -- might the metadata be examined then, just to see if any congressmen are having affairs? What if Senator Wyden tries to run for president in 2016 -- might the NSA take a look at who he's been talking to? The fact that the data is being stored at all is cause for concern.
