I don't quite understand: He does not want the Evernote staff to be able to read his notes, yet he uses Evernote? The notes are NOT encrypted by a key only the user knows! If that where the case the browser version and search could not work. Any Evernote admin can read your personal (sensitive) notes anyway.
- chris_wot 13y agoExcept that support people may not have database access. I certainly wouldn't be happy if it added unguarded content into the logs and they got me to email it to them!
- panzi 13y agoOh, right. Support != admins. So he is fine with the admins be able to read it but not with the support?
- chris_wot 13y agoSure. An admin doesn't get the logs in an email, over an unsecured medium.
