I'm not aware of any US-based company with an unlimited pool of sick days. Maybe I'm wrong though, would love to know.

- cunac 13y agoAutodesk is one for example.Again that is not substitute for STD and LTD it is for cases when lets say you get 2-3 day sickness (cold or something like that)
- pgeorgi 13y agoThat's my impression, too. And to be honest, it's one of the biggest reasons I don't dream of moving to the US anymore - even though nearly all of the interesting jobs in my niche are over there.
