When you say no fructose, that that mean that you don't eat any fruits?
- awjr 13y agoI eat some fruit in moderation, but avoid juices and carbonated drinks which use high-fructose corn syrup. IIRC Fructose is processed in a similar way to the way alcohol is processed in your system. It's not an energy source that can be used by your body without processing. I also believe it's one of those energy types that is readily stored as fat.
