It would be unwise to assume that these problems would not arise for a brain without access to culture and society. What is a Boltzmann Brain, if not an isolated genius? To be such an isolated and self-aware brain might be a scary experience, if we were ever to record it. Or impoverished one, if it lacked emotions.
